    We will have coaching sessions to work through patterns, challenges, and real-life situations together. We’ll talk about Nutrition, routines, structure and coping strategies that support your recovery.

    We’ll have consistent check-ins, accountability and course correction as you grow.

  • I believe that everyday we choose to work on ourselves is one day stronger than yesterday. Sobriety is all about strength and expansion rather than restriction and rock bottom. I don’t just focus on stopping a behavior, I help you rebuild your habits, health, and mindset so change actually sticks. This is practical, real-life coaching that meets you where you are and helps you follow through, even when life isn’t perfect.

  • Counseling focuses on diagnosis, treatment, and the past. Recovery coaching is forward-focused—we work on goals, habits, and real-life change with practical support and accountability.
